Il Drôné chinato |
The Mauro Vini, in order to render more valuable the Drôné wine, thought of digging out an ancien recipe from Cuneo based of “china calisaya” and others aromatic herbs, thus creating the
"Drôné Chinato".
Ingredients: Drôné wine, sugar, alcohol, china calisaya’ infuse, aromatic herbs’ infuse, gr,16,5% Vol.
Great as an aperitif with an orange peel, after a meal as a digestive, optimum for the traditional “ Vin brulé “.
Taste it with plain chocolate and with ice-cream. |
